The petitioner seeks his bail in Konch P.S. Case No.221 of 2013 registered under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that she along with her family members killed the daughter of the informant for demand of dowry and cremated the dead body.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in jail. The petitioner is in custody since 30.12.2014 and she is an old lady On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the fact the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss. Akansha Kashyap, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.221 of 2013.
