Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 81 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 37(b) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on the disclosure of the arrested accused Vickky @ Sandip Kumar @ Bittu. Except that there is nothing against this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
