The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sono P.S.Case No.103 of 2001 registered for an offence under Sections 395 and 364(A) of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, it is alleged by the informant that on 10.09.2001 all the accused persons by knocking the door entered in the house of the informant by putting in fear of pistol and also looted several articles in the house of the informant and also kidnapped to his brother.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2016. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses against the petitioner. Charge-sheet has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18269 of 2016 (4) dt.08-08-2016 been submitted in the case. The victim is alleged to have been recovered. In his statement, he has not named the petitioner. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ-IV, Jamui in connection with Sessions Trial No.278 of 2012 arising out of Sono P.S.Case No.103 of 2001.
