JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to approach the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Kishanganj for redressal of her grievances as also against the order of termination.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

However, it is directed that for a period of four weeks from today, the order of the respondents, whereby and whereunder recovery has been sought to be made from the petitioner herein, shall remain stayed.
