2. The present petition has been filed for mofification of the order dated 20.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61089 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that soon after the bail order passed, the petitioner suffered from jaundice, in support of which prescription and medical report has been enclosed. It is therefore submitted that non-compliance of the conditions of the bail order were for bona fide reasons beyond the control of the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner, the time for surrender for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of the order dated 20.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61089 of 2018 is extended by four weeks from today.
