JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-341, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner gave one Farsa blow, causing injury on the neck of informant's father and the said injury was found grievous in nature.

Submission on behalf of petitioner is that a free fight took place between the petitioner and the injured of this case but in course of aforesaid free fight, the informant of the present case as well as his supporters came there and badly assaulted the petitioner, for which, the petitioner, too, lodged Guraru P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015 against the prosecution party. Moreover, the

Case No. 102 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Rohit Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Gaya.
