This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 344/2018 dated 21.09.2018 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
After some arguments Mr. Pankaj Kumar learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4353 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 no. 2 to surrender before the Court below and seek bail. Should such an application be filed, the Court below shall take into account all relevant facts and shall pass orders in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained.
