The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have kidnapped the victim. Statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Annexure-2) shows that she had gone along with the petitioner out of her own sweet will.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Vijay Ram alias Vijay Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18265 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 6 of 2016.
