JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2019 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the case of the petitioner is covered by a judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court dated 02.07.2013 passed in the case of Vishwanath Pandey vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., as reported in 2013(3) PLJR 305 (SC).

Having regard to the agreement reached at in between the parties, the present writ petition is disposed off and the respondents are directed to grant similar relief as has been granted to the appellant of the aforesaid judgment dated 02.07.2013, within a period of 12 weeks from today. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
