Petitioner is accused in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 263 of 2019 registered under Sections 414 of the I.P.C. and 30(a)/35/38 of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.11.2019.
