Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report and admittedly, the first information report was lodged on 18-04-2015 and at the very next date, i.e. 19-04-2015, the petitioner was arrested in connection with present case and since then, he is languishing in jail custody. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that after due investigation, police found the accusation untrue in respect of the petitioner and submitted charge sheet against co-accused, Jawahar Singh and some others.
