In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 453 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. The police arrested the police and from his confessional statement, huge amount of explosives were recovered from Sukhiya bridge. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 22.12.2015.

This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17087 of 2016 (2) dt.26-04-2016 namely, Sunil Dangi @ Sunil Kumar Ranjan is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
