JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2017 Heard Mr. Alamdar Hussain learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and Mr. Ajay Bihari Sinha learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna. The petitioner filed this writ petition for issuance of mandamus to Bihar School Examination Board, Patna to allow the petitioner to appear in the Compartmental Examination in Physics Subject.

Mr. Alamdar Hussain learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted form to appear at the Compartmental Examination, but the Admit-Card was not issued to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9118 of 2017 (2) dt.04-07-2017 2/2 Mr. Ajay Bihari Sinha learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna submits that earlier the petitioner failed in Physics subject, but after getting grace marks the petitioner has been passed in Second Division. It is further submitted that although Admit-Card has already been issued to the petitioner, but the petitioner did not receive the Admit-Card bearing Roll Code 11019, Roll No. 17010105.

Mr. Ajay Bihari Sinha learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna is requested to hand over photocopy of the Admit-Card to Mr. Alamdar Hussain learned counsel for the petitioner.
