JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Rohit Kumar, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.01.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 48421 of 2015. Moreover, except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
