JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.03.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(B)(ii)C/8/27(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act. From the possession of the petitioner 1 1⁄2 Kg Ganja was recovered and from the house of the petitioner 21 Kg Ganja was recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is 82 years old.

Considering the recovery being commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present.

Accordingly the application is dismissed in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 123 of 2014, Special Case No. 20 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Patna.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28257 of 2014 (5) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 It is expected from learned Sessions Judge, Patna to expedite the trial.
