The petitioner is accused in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 198 of 2015, registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation after 50 days of the occurrence one Vikash Yadav was apprehended by the Police, who gave his confessional statement disclosing the name of the petitioner and his other associates having hand in the occurrence, except the confessional statement, there is no material against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 01.02.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19116 of 2016 (3) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 198 of 2015.
