JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2023 This present application has been filed for issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, directing respondents to arrest the accused person of Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 333 of 2018 dated 21.07.2018 registered under section 341, 323, 324, 307 of the IPC.
Learned counsel for the state submits that the similar issue has already been decided by a bench of this hon'ble court in CRWJC No. 153 of 2017.
Since similar issue has already decided by a bench of this court, this criminal writ application is also disposed of in
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.18 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 terms of direction contained in para 10 of the CRWJC no. 153 of 2017.
This criminal writ petition is disposed of.
