Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-B) A, 26 of the Arms Act as well as section 17 CLA Act. One country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 7.1.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri G.N.Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghati, District Gaya in Sohail P.S.
