1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That a writ of Mandamus be issued:

I. For direction to the respondents concerned to implement and effect the Memo No.247 (9) dated 1.10.2021 issued by Sri Sushil Kumar, Director, Land Acquisition cum Additional Secretary, Land Reforms and Revenue

Patna High Court CWJC No.2062 of 2023(2) dt.26-09-2023 2/2 Department, Bihar, Patna (as contained in Annexure-1 to this writ application).

II. For direction to the respondents concerned to help and give due security and support to the petitioner in fishing in Jalkar business, which he has taken with the Government under the due and rule and regulation but the local antisocial elements/persons of the area where he has to fishing in his Jalkar threats to dire consequences and not doing his fishing work in Jalkar on the following circumstances.

III. For direction to the Respondents no.7, the District Magistrate/ Collector, DistrictBhagalpur cum Bihar Jalkar Prabandhan Samaharnalay, Bhagalpur, District- Bhagalpur and Respondent no.10 and 11 to give/available to the petitioner force and security and help him in doing his fishery business."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
