The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.05.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Stolen motorcycle was recovered from the shop of one Kallu Mistry, who named the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery has been made from the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26941 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015.
