Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused and after that charge sheet was submitted showing him as absconder but petitioner is in jail custody since 23.10.2015 and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
