Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Admittedly, the victim returned and she was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate for recording her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. but she stated nothing before the learned Magistrate out of fear or reasons best known to her. However, it is informed that parties have already compromised the case as the victim has solemnized her marriage with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27015 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri A.V.D. Dubey, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015.
