The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.958 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in a case registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
