=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State and B. N. Mandal University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. It is common ground at the Bar that all admitted retiral benefits of the petitioner have been paid. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty be given to file representation with regard any further amount which may have remained due and payable to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the University does not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off

Patna High Court CWJC No.9886 of 2017 dt.02-04-2018 2/2 with liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the respondent no. 3 with regard to any remaining grievances which he may have. If such representation is filed within four weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall get the same verified and pass a speaking order within four weeks from the date of such filing.

5. If any further amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid to him within the next four weeks.
