2.The present writ application is filed for the following reliefs:

(i) For direction to the respondent authorities to accept the joining of petitioner as Exclusive Teacher [Vishisht Sikshak (ID No. ETBНА 12422559311)] from the date of his joining i.e. 01.01.2025 because he has passed/qualified the eligibility test, 2024 conducted by Bihar School Examination Board vide Memo No. PR34/2024, under Bihar School Exclusive Teachers Rule, 2023 and Bihar School Exclusive

Patna High Court CWJC No.1499 of 2025(2) dt.30-01-2025 2/2 Teachers (Amended) Rule, 2024.

ii. For direction to the respondents to grant grade pay of trained scale to the petitioner with effect from the date of obtaining "Diploma in Primary Education" (DPE) from IGNOU.

(iii)For any further relief/reliefs, direction/directions, or order/orders which are found admissible during the course of arguments.

3.Considering the reliefs mentioned in the writ application, I direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation within two weeks before the District Education Officer, Bhagalpur (respondent no.3) and respondent no.3 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that this Court may take serious view against the concerned respondent if the order is not complied within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
