The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant, his father and his mother.

Submission is that there is case and counter case. The dispute arose due to taking of water from a Government tube well. All the three got simple injuries.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27791 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015.
