In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction upon the Respondents to provide Two Additional Security Guard (without pay). The petitioner is a social and political worker and there is already a Security Guard provided to him on payment. The petitioner's life is at threat because of his social and political activities.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2537 of 2019(2) dt.15-02-2019 2/2 Considering the reliefs sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Respondent No.4 i.e. The Inspector Generarl (Security), Govt. of Bihar, Patna. The Respondent No.4 shall consider the threat perception in respect of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
