JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 The petitioner being mother of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 10.03.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of killing the niece of the informant after about three years of marriage for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against the petitioner. For the occurrence of 10.03.2014 the complaint was filed on 30.03.2014 which came to be registered as police case on 17.05.2014. The husband of the victim is in custody. Moreover the husband of the petitioner has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19144 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 05.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27893 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Aungari P.S. Case No. 27 of 2014.
