Patna High Court CWJC No.1588 of 2022(2) dt.21-03-2022 3/3 agreement, in relation to works contract, contained in arbitration clause, is not on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to take recourse to such alternative remedies, as are otherwise available, in accordance with law, including invoking arbitration clause, contained in the said agreement.
