JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who died in other than normal circumstances within seven years of her marriage and there was allegation of torture as well as illegal demand of dowry against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 29 of 2014 arising out of Darihat P.S.Case No. 39 of 2013 , pending in the court of Adhoc Additional District JudgeIII, Rohtas at Sasaram stands rejected. However, learned trial court must expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible
