However, before signing and uploading the order, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a mention slip on 1st of February, 2022 mentioning/praying as under:- "The instant case was listed and disposed off on 31.01.2022. In fact the case had become infructuous as the appeal of the petitioner has been restored. There took place some communication gap between learned counsel handling the matter before this Hon'ble court and the one looking into the matter before the appellate authority due to which the case was prayed for to be disposed off in usual terms.

This case has to be WITHDRAWN for having become infructuous."
