Misc. No. 22913 of 2015 which was dismissed for default.
Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the averments made in the application, the Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner on 13.04.2016 when the case was dismissed. Accordingly, the order dated 13.04.2016 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 22913 of 2015 stands recalled. Cr. Misc. No. 22913 of 2015 stands restored to its original file and number.
The application stands disposed off.
