JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S.Case No. 41 of 2018 registered under Sections 323,341 and 376 of the Indian penal Code. At the very outset, it has been pointed out by learned APP that process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has already been issue against this petitioner as such this application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let petitioner surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
