2. Learned ASG Dr. K.N. Singh, on instruction, submitted that on 20.06.2023 the competent authority has taken a decision to not to proceed against the petitioner pursuant to order dated 06.09.2022 passed in CWJC No. 3758 of 2004. Further, monetary benefits during the intervening period would be settled at the earliest.

3. The competent authority is hereby directed to settle

Patna High Court MJC No.168 of 2023(5) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 the monetary benefits within a period of two months from today, failing which the petitioner is permitted to file interlocutory application in reviving the present order.
