Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sachivalaya P.S. Case No. 91 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code .

As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the victim, assaulted him and committed unnatural sex.
