Patna High Court LPA No.246 of 2017 dt.03-07-2017 2/2 14.05.2015, vide Annexure-A and it is indicated that the claim of the petitioner is under consideration and it shall be decided and disposed of in accordance to order no.53 dated 14.05.2015 (Annexure-A). In view of the above, the respondents are directed to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the aforesaid order and take a decision and enlarge the benefit to the petitioner in accordance to his entitlement within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order and without being influenced by the order passed in the writ petition.

With the aforesaid, the appeal stands allowed and disposed of.
