At the outset, Mr. Dinesh Prasad Verma, learned counsel representing the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to file an appropriate application before the State Level Committee constituted under the Bihar Wood Based Industries (Establishment and Regulation) Rules, 2023.
