====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 21-07-2022 Heard the parties.

The counsel for the petitioner has been handed over the original provisional certificate of having passed B.Sc. Honours three years degree course from Veer Kuer Singh College, Ara. The examination was held in April, 2016 and the result was declared in 2017.

Although there is a huge delay in issuing of the certificate, since the petitioner has not made any pleadings with regard to any loss caused to him.

At the same time the University is directed to be careful in future and should lay down the schedule of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1591 of 2022(3) dt.21-07-2022 2/2 conducting the examination, declaration of result and releasing of the provisional certificate of all examination henceforth in future.

If any other case comes-forth before this Court in relation to such matters, this Court would be constrained to issue penalty/compensation against the University. Copy of this order be sent to the Chancellor of the Universities and the Vice Chancellor of the University. With the said observations, the writ petition is accordingly allowed.
