Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR is against six unknown miscreants who snatched motorcycle, cash, mobile phone, etc. from the informant Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused, though no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail submitting that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5224 of 2023(2) dt.13-04-2023 2/2 similar nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
