It is the stand of the petitioner that he was Manager of Kazi House till 11.04.2014 and from 12.04.2014 till the date of institution of the present case, one Md. Ekram Haider was Manager of the aforesaid Kazi House. It is submitted that the present case has been lodged after one year of retirement of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
