2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"I. for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 10.02.2017 passed by the Arbitrator-Cum-Additional Collector, Sitamarhi (Respondent No.5) in Arbitration Case No.11/15-16 by which he has rejected the claim of the petitioner without considering the case of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10865 of 2017(2) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 II. For direction to the respondent authority to pay the compensation amount for 22 hectare of land with permissible interest upto the date of its actual payment from the date of taking over the land of the petitioner.

III. For any other appropriate order/ orders as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be moving before the appropriate authority/Arbitrator for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of.

5. If any such petition is preferred in next four weeks, the concerned authority shall take into account that the writ petition was pending before this Court for eight long years while dealing with the limitation petition.
