Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that order dated 28.03.2023 (Annexure A to 2nd Supplementary show-cause) has been passed by the authorities in compliance of the writ Court's order.
In view of the substantial compliance, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the contempt proceedings.
Patna High Court MJC No.5049 of 2018(12) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the order does not take care of the petitioner's grievance. He, therefore, may assail the order in appropriate proceedings. With liberty to assail the order in appropriate proceedings, the application is disposed of.
