One sword and one old mobile are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner while petitioner and others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner is in jail custody since 15.7.2014. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge III, Patnacity in Sessions trial no. 1018/2014 arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case no. 250/2014.
