The application is filed for restoration of CWJC No.9217/2022, which stood dismissed for default on 07.09.2022 on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 24.08.2022 passed by a Bench of this Court.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that though the defects have been removed but beyond the period prescribed in the peremptory order.

In view of the submissions advanced and the grounds raised in the Restoration application, the same stands allowed, subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
