JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for release of vehicle (tempo) bearing Registration No.BR27P-0956, which has been seized by the Excise Inspector, Nawada in G.O. Case No.330 of 2018 under Sections 30(a) and 56(b) of the Excise Act.
Realizing that the confiscation is a civil proceeding, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a civil writ application for the release of vehicle (tempo) bearing Registration No.BR27P-0956 seized in connection with G.O.
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.615 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 Case No.330 of 2018.
