This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of Harnaut P.S. Case No. 308 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution, informant was going to Patna, on the way near Harnaut Central School, three person on motorcycle looted the mobile phone and shot fire. Petitioner has nine criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6928 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 rejected herewith.

The District Judge, Nalanda is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases in one court pending against the petitioner. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Nalanda is also directed to cooperate in the disposal of the trial and sent a report of the trial within six months as directed by this Court. Let a copy of this order be communicated to District Judge, Nalanda and Superintendent of Police, Nalnda for its forthwith compliance.
