Petitioner is accused in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 168 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that U.D. Case No. 06 of 2015 was instituted on 31.07.2015 on recovery of the dead body of Kishan Kumar near the Railway Track of Dashrathpur at the instance of Nakul Kumar. In course of investigation, the informant of the present case came to know about three persons having hand in the murder of Kishan Kumar due to love affairs and the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of Nakul
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19684 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 Kumar. It is also submitted that Nakul Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 18959 of 2016. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2016. It is further submitted that while the petitioner is accused in two other cases, as detailed in paragraph no.1, but in both cases he is on bail.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S.
