In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016 registered for offences under section 366 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made that the wife of the Informant had gone to attend the natural call and, thereafter, she did not return. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as there was love affair of the petitioner with the lady and had entered into marriage and for that the petitioner has attached the photocopy of the affidavit.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Ripu Sudan Pandey, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18359 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016.
