In pursuance of the order dated 18.06.2020 a counter affidavit has been filed by the State, in which it has specifically been stated that the petitioner has been granted the benefit of third A.C.P. including the amount of Gratuity, Earned Leave, Group Insurance, G.P.F. and arrears of A.C.P. but, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such counter affidavit has been served upon him.
Let the State serve the copy of the counter affidavit upon learned counsel for the petitioner.

Hence, this writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. However, if the petitioner would have any grievance, he will be at liberty to raise the same before the appropriate forum/authority.
