The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 606 of 2019 arising out of Excise Department Case No. 181 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The accusation is of apprehending of the petitioner burying the pot, containing 36 liters of country made liquor. Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.12.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Special
